Haley was greeted by all of the drivers when she arrived, and was presented with a Build A Bear named Haley by one of the drivers. Another driver gave her a nice racing toy that I am sure Beth will be hiding from time to time just to have a little peace and quite. Brianna had it going at the table last night and I was ready to hide it.
Haley said grace and the food just kept coming. Outback of Easley and Steddy's Grill of Easley proved the meals for the drivers and winning bidders. The drivers had extra family members and crew members on hand for this night to remember. After Dinner Haley took a ride around the parking lot in a race car, she wanted to go faster and do it again.
Beth has had a hard week and the stress has really been showing, but last night she was able to see that she is not in this fight for Haley's life alone. She was able to relax and laugh for a little while, she even ate her meal. Haley has a test coming up that insurance is not going to cover, the cost is $7,000. It has to be sent to Spain. Haley has not been sleeping good this week she has had a lot of night spasms, so Haley and Beth have had sleepless nights this week. The doctors also told Beth that Haley has to be careful about falling due to her lack of muscle tone. Haley not falling is like most people not breathing. Falling is just a part of her life. It almost means no walking.
Thanks guy and girls for making this a great evening for this family.
I think this family will be a racing family for years to come.

Good day to you. Sitting in my office chair idle, I was just skimming through the blogs and came this blog. I have just skimmed 9-10 blogs but i dont think i can leave from here without putting in few words.
I will say that im really really touched what is written here. I don't care if Haley is as strong as you have put here or Beth is as a good mother as i felt she is; I just know that this child deserves all my prayers if not anything else. I know her mother has earned her very cent of respect in this world and im sure God won't let her down in this world or the next.
and few words for Haley herself. If you can show her these words from me, I will be very thankful for your act.

You don't know me and you have every right to think that I am some xyz person just putting in words i dont feel. Well honey, i might not be able to feel the complete pain you go through but i just want you to know that with all the prayers you have along your way, there are some small words which i have said in my heart to God to give you the courage and happiness and joy which you deserve always. Amen !
Haley, in my faith we also believe in God. I might not be able to relate to christ as you do but i relate to my Prophet (PBUH). and the the Prophet told us that God never put on us the trouble we can't bear. Whatever there is in this world, whatever there was in this world, whatever there will be in this world there is a God up there; looking at us; giving us strength; showing us love and waiting for us to show our trust on Him. and i think that you have shown this faith. You have shown this trust and you are worthy for every bit of recognition and hope either worldly or divine. All my prayers are with you Haley. I pray that God heal you and take you successfully from this test of yours. I pray that if this pain of yours is to continue than God bless you with power and strength to bear through it with a smile on your face and content in your heart. I pray that your mother has the strength to stand by you always and I pray that God bless her for everything she has done or even desires to do.
Im not a very religious person Haley but I try to be someone acceptable by God in my faith in today's troubled time. I have seen my good and bad times but let me say that the kind of situation you are in, is the true testimony of character, morals, courage and inner strength. I am not sure if i can be up to the mark in such times but you and you by yourself is like a standing tower of courage for every person suffering any kind of pain there can be.
Haley, you have touched my heart and i dont know if I will forget you ever. If I ever have a daughter or a sister, I pray that she is as strong as you are. Keep smiling haley and my only words of wisdom will be that a smile on your face will bring million people smile and courage and with so many courageous and caring people around you, your pain will go away and one day you will go to school without any fear and i do want to see your picture doing horse riding some day :) ...
Haley honey, I will be coming here again to check on news from your side, I dont know if i can find the right words to commend you but i will pray for you always and I hope that my prayers can bring something to yourself.
